一，向前看向前看將你的椅子移後
二，將滑鼠收起甚至鍵盤也收起
三，將顯示屏漸漸從腦中藍色轉為白色
四，將左邊的藍色移入
五，四邊的牆壁最好任它曝光過度
六，顯示屏的周邊沒入四面白色的牆
七，試想你心中剛才一件黑色件體飛過
八，物體漸漸形成黑色小點在茫茫的白色裏消失
